The 911MPESTLX Pulveriser has a manual self-adjusting clamp to maintain sealing pressure to prevent sample loss during grinding and the rugged stainless steel frame has been lab-rated, primed and painted with a full enclosure cabinet including sound-dampening lining.
The lift-up door is made of lightweight aluminum and the heavy-duty long-lasting motor has been proven by years of service. It weighs 217 kg and comes in 3 phase/60 cycle, 1 HP motor as standard.
Unit equipped with sound dampening enclosure, digital timer, On/Off and emergency switch, the available voltage of 208 / 220 / 380 / 415 / 440 / 575 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle, while a 1 HP electric motor1 phase and/or 50 cycle motor available.
These options need to be specified at the time of ordering. The panel with an electronic timer can be mounted on either side.
This machine can take from 20ML to 500ML grinding barrels
Accessories include a triple-head adaptor plate, which modifies the machine to allow you to grind 3 separate samples of 10-50 grams simultaneously.
It is strongly recommended to have one air hoist mounted on the Pulverizer to help locate and remove grinding barrels heavier than 50 lbs. For your reference, the 100mL weighs 20 lbs, the 250mL is 35 lbs., and the 500mL, is 53 lbs.
